TALHA WINE, A PRESERVED MILLENARY PRODUCTION
The property is located just 1h45 from Lisbon Airport and 30 minutes from Évora. Next to the largest Roman Archaeological Park on the Iberian Peninsula, Vila de Cucufate. The vineyard is planted with 30-year-old vines and grafts from over 100-year-old vines.

The sale price includes the property and the fully equipped cellar with more than 700 m², which is under construction and expected to be completed in the summer of 2023.
This project has 3 floors, for the production of wines in clay vessels ('talhas' in Portuguese) and reception, both for tourists and for club owners. It will have the capacity for 60 vessels, on two levels, so that you can gravitationally have two stages in winemaking, in addition to a very welcoming environment for experiences and tasting.
